Winter is (finally) coming to Europe, and whilst we wait for the lifts to open, Mary Rand’s new edit is a tantalising teaser filled with plentiful powder turns.
Mary Rand talks about being “inspired by the backcountry” this season, and who wouldn’t be with this amount of pillowy powder.
Plunging into powder in Washington, armed with a combination of snowboard, snow surfboard and sled, Rand’s riding is enough to get us chomping at the bit for the upcoming winter season.
“Every aspect of the backcountry intrigues me, not just glorious powder turns,” says Rand. “But damn, are they glorious sometimes.”
